Could It Be You?We are hiring a hands-on Team Lead to lead the engineers of one squad — coordinating the development, improvement, and delivery of full-stack solutions, owning a specific system within the squad's portfolio, and reinforcing SDLC health. You will stay close to the code while growing people, setting technical direction within your domain, and partnering with People & Culture (P&C) on people processes.
