You'll own the visual storytelling behind our employer brand, from our careers site, digital designs, internal branding, candidates communications, social content, merch to recruiting events, translating what makes Questrade a great place to work into design people actually stop and notice. Keep reading…In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Bringing our Employer Value proposition to life through our employer brand's visual identity, distinct yet consistent with our master brand and translating hiring goals into visually engaging narratives that drive candidate action. Collaborating with the creative shop to deliver a wide range of assets across channels, including websites and microsites, internal and candidate communications, event collateral, swag, and social media. Shaping the physical workplace alongside the Workplace Experience team from office signage and wayfinding to environmental graphics, meeting-room identities, murals, and branded spaces that reflect our culture. Designing the onboarding experience welcome kits, new-hire materials and swag, and the touchpoints that make someone's first days feel considered and memorable. Helping bring the employee experience to life through internal campaigns, recognition and culture moments, internal-event design, and people communications. Building and maintaining a scalable design system of templates and assets that recruiters, hiring managers, and team members can use to promote the employer brand. Creating and directing photo and video shoots that turn employee stories into compelling visuals. Leveraging generative AI and modern design tools to accelerate prototyping and push the boundaries of our digital creative output. Using engagement and hiring-funnel data to test, learn, and improve what you ship. So are YOU our next Employer Brand Designer? You are if you… Have 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or web design role, with a portfolio showcasing brand-led digital campaigns and high-converting web layouts Bring expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring design feasibility through understanding of web constraints (HTML/CSS) Have a Conversion Mindset with a proven ability to design for performance, with a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, CTAs, and candidate user journeys Are creatively agile with an eagerness to experiment with new technologies (Generative AI) to elevate creative execution Have a Collaborative Spirit with strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and collaborate with developers, copywriters and other team members Compensation Information: Base salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada).
