We’re looking for our next Software Engineer. Could It Be You?This role requires a self-directed engineer with strong, hands-on client implementation experience across the Temenos core banking platform, particularly with the AA Lending module, IRIS REST APIs, and Temenos Data Hub. Candidates must be highly proficient in utilizing AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude, while also demonstrating a solid grasp of event-driven architectures, NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will actively shape our engineering culture by writing comprehensive tests, engaging in honest code reviews, and utilizing observability tools like DataDog to ensure production health. Operating within an agile environment, this engineer will take true end-to-end ownership of their domain, moving beyond simple ticket execution to drive technical decisions and influence prioritization. Angular or TypeScript experience is a plusExperience in financial services or fintechExperience working in a micro frontend / module federation architecture Compensation Information: Base salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada).
