Keep reading…In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to: High-Volume Recruitment & Partnership Full-Cycle Execution: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Bank-related business groups.Intake & Strategy: Conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders to define role requirements and align on hiring/sourcing strategies.Candidate Management: Manage the full candidate journey - prescreening, scheduling interviews, and leading offer negotiations and onboarding assistance.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the TA Lead, HRBPs, and Business Leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure all hiring targets are met. You are if you… Have 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a specific focus on high-volume and/or corporate services rolesHave a post-secondary education in HR Management, Psychology, Business, or related field Have experience in financial services, banking, and/or technology sectors (preferred)Have excellent verbal and written communications skillsHave strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with a high degree of professionalismAre proficient with recruitment technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) with hands-on experience using generative AI tools (i.e. Gemini or Claude) to optimize workflowsHave strong attention to detail, are highly organized and have the ability to prioritize effectivelyAre team-oriented and skilled at working within a collaborative, hybrid work environmentHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to improve hiring outcomesAre highly adaptable to shifting priorities and changing demands Compensation Information: Base salary range: $60,000 - $65,000The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada).
