We’re looking for our next Manager, Growth Acquisition (Contract). Could It Be You?

As the Manager, Growth Acquisition, you will build and scale Flexiti’s customer acquisition engine to drive high-value growth. You are accountable for designing and executing a seamless, omnichannel strategy that drives new customer growth across all touchpoints - ranging from high-intent digital media and search to merchant-owned online platforms and physical in-store materials. You will bridge the gap between brand awareness and conversion by ensuring the Flexiti value proposition is expertly positioned wherever a customer chooses to shop.

As the Manager, Growth Acquisition, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Omnichannel Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Full-Funnel Strategy: Design and implement growth strategies across all channels, including paid search, social media, referrals, Flexiti.com, and in-store.
  • Merchant Partner Integration: Develop acquisition strategies tailored for merchant online platforms, ensuring Flexiti is prominently featured throughout the partner’s digital customer journey (e.g. product and financing pages, and checkout).
  • Physical Retail Presence: Lead the strategy for in-store acquisition materials, including POS signage, collateral, and QR-code-driven applications to capture customers at the physical point of sale.
  • Creative Briefing: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to produce best-in-class creative assets for both digital ads and physical retail locations.
  • Campaign Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of media campaigns, ensuring brand-building and lead-acquisition efforts are balanced to meet business KPIs.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • MarTech & Platform Ownership: Lead the end-to-end management of the performance marketing tool stack (including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4), ensuring platform health, data integrity, and the full utilization of technical features to drive growth.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain campaign-level reporting and dashboards, translating complex data into actionable narratives and optimizations that drive ROI, LTV, and high-quality customer acquisition.
  • Audience Segmentation: Identify high-priority audience segments and develop data-backed strategies to reach them effectively.
  • Budget Planning & Management: Lead the strategic planning and financial forecasting of the media budget, overseeing allocations and pivoting spend based on real-time channel performance and merchant-specific trends.
  • Measurement Strategy: Support the development of tagging specifications and measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness of both digital and offline channels.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, specifically within the BNPL and consumer financing space, to identify emerging trends.

Website & Merchant Digital Ownership:

  • Flexiti.com Management: Oversee the website experience, ensuring it is optimized for high conversion and seamlessly integrated with paid media traffic.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify test-and-learn initiatives to enhance the user experience and drive lead generation across Flexiti’s digital assets.

Stakeholder Management & Execution

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a key strategic partner to the Analytics, Product, and Account Management teams to ensure acquisition goals align with broader business objectives.
  • Campaign & Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of acquisition initiatives, overseeing project timelines and campaign execution while providing regular updates to stakeholders on the tangible impact of these strategies.
  • External Partner Management: Maintain and grow strong working relationships with external media and creative partners to ensure high-quality execution.

  • Have 5+ years of experience in digital media, platform planning, and buying, with a proven track record of thinking strategically to drive measurable business growth.
  • Have advanced background in marketing strategy and data analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude), with the ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Have a deep understanding of channel attribution models and a demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns based on ROI and Lifetime Value to acquire high-quality customers.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional challenges and present performance results confidently to senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Are a reliable self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to take full ownership of complex, multi-channel projects from ideation through to completion.
  • Have an insatiable curiosity for emerging digital trends and a constant drive to learn and improve strategies within an evolving media landscape.

Additional kudos if you…

  • Have previous experience in Financial Services or retail/e-commerce partner marketing.
  • Have familiarity with Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, or DV360.
  • Have technical skills in tagging and troubleshooting (Ad Ops).

Compensation Information:

  • Base salary range: $110,000 - $125,000
  • The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
