We’re looking for our next Sales Onboarding Specialist. Could It Be You?
We’re seeking a high performing Sales Onboarding Specialist to join our growing contact centre team. This role involved managing inbound sales through Chat, SMS, email and calls while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries across multiple channels: Chat, email and phone.
- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding the customer needs and recommending tailor solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics
- Proactively manage a sales pipeline during slower periods, ensuring all leads are nurtured.
- Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Using first contact resolution to answer questions, address objections, and finalize the transaction within the initial conversation.

- Have 1+ years' proven experience in sales, ideally in a contact centre or multi-channel environment
- Have a track record of exceeding sales targets while delivering customer focused solutions
- Have familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management
- Are a customer-first sales professional who is passionate about providing outstanding service while achieving sales results
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize
- Have strong problem solving skills and a proactive mindset to meet customer needs in real time
- Have outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple interactions, manage sales pipelines, and identify new opportunities to support clients
Additional kudos if you…
- Have experience in the financial services industry
- Are fully bilingual in English and French
Compensation & Benefits:
- Stable Base Salary: $40,000 annually.
- Monthly Performance Incentives: At Target an additional $10,800 per year ($900/month) with the ability to "accelerate" your earnings up to $1,800 per month based on performance.
- Quarterly Bonus Structure: In addition to monthly incentives, you are eligible for a quarterly bonus based on performance.
- Total Earning Potential: High-performers can expect to significantly exceed their base through our monthly and quarterly reward programs.
