We’re looking for our next Executive Assistant. Could It Be You?

The Executive Assistant will provide professional executive support to the Chief Client Officer (CCO). As a proven high-achiever and polished professional, you have exceptional time management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be positive and resourceful with an energetic demeanor and a proven track record of anticipating needs and providing outstanding executive assistance.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide high-level administrative partnership to the CCO, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and acting as a primary gatekeeper and liaison for their direct reports.
  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of meetings and conferences—overseeing venue logistics, catering, agenda preparation, and the distribution of minutes and actionable follow-ups.
  • Draft professional correspondence and collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-impact PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations.
  • Manage significant special projects and departmental reports independently, ensuring all deliverables and "ad hoc" requests are completed on schedule.
  • Regularly review standard departmental deliverables and progress, and take appropriate action to ensure timely completion of all department tasks,
  • Handle sensitive files and internal/external reporting with strict confidentiality and organized record-keeping.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

So are YOU our next Executive Assistant? You are if you…

  • Have a Post-secondary degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) and 5+ years of experience supporting executive-level leadership.
  • Have advanced skills in G-Suite, MS Excel, and PowerPoint; comfortable adopting new technologies quickly.
  • Have proven ability to manage complex calendars, prioritize competing tasks, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Have superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Have demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity and sound judgment.
  • Have a proactive "self-starter" who anticipates needs, keeps others informed, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Compensation Information:

  • Base salary range: $75,000 - $85,000
  • The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
