We’re looking for our next Senior Product Manager, Money Movement Enabler. Could It Be You?

The Senior Product Manager, Money Movement Enabler is a champion for building "Liquidity-as-a-Service" for the Quest ecosystem. You will lead the program execution and manage the product roadmap for the Bank’s centralized money movement infrastructure. By modernizing internal money movement, bill payments, and Remote Cheque Imaging (RCI), you will enable product squads to deploy instant, compliant transfer features in days.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Program Execution & Roadmap Management: Lead the execution of the "Liquidity-as-a-Service" program, prioritizing backlogs for Internal Money Movement (IMM) and Bill Payments while transitioning legacy schedulers to a unified Transfer Service Framework.

  • Capability Development: Define and implement systems supporting ISO 20022 messaging, automated cross-entity settlement, and a Warehousing & Scheduling Engine.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary contact for Line of Business Product Managers and Finance, while managing relationships with key technology vendors and service providers.

  • Requirements Definition: Translate business strategy and compliance rules into detailed user stories and technical specifications for money movement APIs.

  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure platform alignment with OSFI Guidelines (E-21, B-13, B-10) and oversee "Compliance-in-a-Box" controls like AML reporting and duplicate protection.

  • Internal Adoption: Coordinate with Developer Experience teams to deliver Swagger/OpenAPI documentation and ensure operational teams are prepared for Tier 2 Support.

  • Have 5-7+ years’ experience in product management, program management, or business analysis within financial services/payments.

  • Have 15-20+ years of cumulative professional experience across industries.

  • Hold a post-secondary education, preferably in Business, Technology, or a related field.

  • Possess a Platform Product Mindset, with the ability to abstract complex logic into reusable APIs.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Canadian payment systems (clearing and settlement) and ISO 20022 standards.

  • Have proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects using Agile methodologies.

Additional kudos if you…

  • Have deep familiarity with OSFI guidelines (E-21, B-13, B-10) and Payments Canada Rules.

  • Have experience managing strategic partnerships and third-party vendor risk.

  • Are comfortable presenting complex initiatives and business cases to executive teams.

Compensation Information:

  • Base salary range: $135,000 - $185,000.

  • The final package will be commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada).

  • Includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program.
