When things go sideways, you're the captain, leaping into action to lead our tech teams. This role is for a true owner, a driver of positive change, and the ultimate champion of a rock-solid reliability culture.

Champion high-impact improvements to incident practices, mentor the next generation of responders, and influence organizational behavior across all departments to make us a truly resilient organization.

  • Engineer the Future of Response (Innovate & Refine): Develop, refine, and champion world-class incident management playbooks and runbooks, and directly contribute to the cutting-edge tooling and automation that will make our response not just faster, but truly intelligent and predictive.
