We’re looking for our next Growth Product Marketing Manager. Could It Be You?

We're looking for a growth-focused Product Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of product and performance marketing.

In this role, you'll drive customer acquisition, activation, and engagement through product-led growth initiatives that turn our brokerage and investment products into powerful growth engines.

You'll own the strategy and execution of high-impact campaigns—promotional offers, contests, and in-product experiences—that accelerate new account openings, first trades, and ongoing trading activity.

This is a role for someone who loves experimentation, lives in the data, and knows how to turn customer insights into scalable growth strategies.

You won't just support campaigns, you'll architect them from concept through execution, with relentless focus on conversion, retention, and ROI.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Ideate, develop, and execute product-led growth campaigns including transfer bonuses, cashback offers, trading credits, referral programs, contests, and limited-time promotions. Own the full campaign lifecycle from concept and creative brief through launch, optimization, and post-mortem analysis.
  • Adoption & Activation Strategy: Design programs that drive key customer behaviors including account funding, first trades, platform feature adoption, and transition from single-product to multi-product usage. Identify friction points in activation funnels and partner with Product, Growth Marketing, and Data teams to test solutions and drive improvements.
  • In-Product Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with Product teams to identify and activate growth levers within the trading platform and customer experience. Design behavioral triggers, onboarding flows, and feature discovery experiences that drive deeper engagement.
  • Testing & Optimization: Build rapid experimentation frameworks to validate campaign concepts, messaging variations, offer mechanics, and channel strategies. Run A/B tests, analyze results, and scale winning approaches while killing underperformers quickly.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Growth Marketing, Brand, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance teams to bring campaigns from ideation to market. Navigate regulatory requirements while maintaining campaign creativity and impact.
  • Performance Analysis: Define success metrics for each campaign including acquisition cost, conversion rates, customer lifetime value impact, and incremental revenue. Create dashboards, track performance, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor promotional activity across Canadian brokerages and identify market opportunities for differentiation. Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer expectations.
  • Calendar Management: Own the promotional calendar, balancing always-on programs with seasonal moments and product launches. Ensure campaigns are strategically timed and don't cannibalize each other.

  • Have 5+ years of product marketing experience with demonstrated focus on growth marketing, performance campaigns, or promotional programs
  • Have a proven track record of designing and executing campaigns that drive measurable customer acquisition, activation, or revenue growth
  • Understand product-led growth principles and have experience implementing PLG strategies in consumer or fintech products
  • Are highly analytical—comfortable with A/B testing, conversion optimization, cohort analysis, and growth metrics
  • Are a creative problem-solver who can identify growth opportunities within product experiences and customer journeys
  • Move quickly from ideation to execution while maintaining quality, compliance, and brand integrity
  • Have strong project management skills and can juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping balls
  • Are collaborative and skilled at influencing cross-functional partners including product managers, engineers, designers, and compliance teams
  • Are comfortable with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
  • Understand financial services regulations related to promotional offers and marketing compliance (or are eager to learn)

Compensation Information:

  • Base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
  • The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
