This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and driving data-driven decision-making through deep-dive analysis and process improvement. Key responsibilities include identifying and implementing automation solutions to streamline workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, and delivering actionable insights. The role also involves developing and maintaining data models to support analytics initiatives while ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across various systems.

  • Conduct deep dive analysis to identify process improvements and efficiencies.

  • Identify opportunities for process automation to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.

  • Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics initiatives.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various datasets.

Key Competencies

  • Technical: Highly proficient in SQL, Python / R, Power BI, Databricks

  • Detail Oriented: Always seeking accuracy in all reports and analysis

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to perform in-depth analyses to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly

Additional Information…

  • 2+ years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Engineering

  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in SQL, Power BI, Python/R is a plus

Compensation Information:

  • Base salary range: $70,000 - $90,000

  • The final compensation package will be commensurated with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
