• Oversee project workflows and resource allocation within the Creative Shop, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Design Craftsmanship & AI Mastery

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.

• A proactive curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly) in the design process.
