We’re looking for our next Product Manager, Residential Lending. Could It Be You?
The Associate Product Manager (APM) serves as a critical enabler for the secured lending team, providing the data-driven insights necessary to deliver on our ambitious roadmap. This role is designed for an aspiring product leader who thrives in the details, supporting the Senior PM by monitoring portfolio health metrics, conducting competitive market research, and maintaining rigorous documentation. You will act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground during large-scale initiatives such as platform migrations and play a key role in quality assurance by assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lifecycle & Operational Support:

Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle by producing key deliverables, including feature specifications, contributions to Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and low-fidelity wireframes to communicate requirements to Engineering and Design.

Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) and assist in backlog maintenance and user story writing.

Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance to ensure features meet business requirements.
Data Analysis & Research:

Produce post-launch analysis reports and performance dashboards to track adoption and business impact.

Conduct competitive analysis and synthesize user feedback summaries to help the Senior PM identify opportunities for product improvement.

Use analytics to formulate hypotheses and provide data-informed recommendations that influence the team's roadmap.
Documentation & Communication:

Help track and report on progress, preparing updates for internal stakeholders.

Maintain comprehensive product documentation and standard operating procedures.

Have a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Have 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Junior Product role within financial services.

Have the familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)

Have strong Excel/SQL skills and are comfortable working with data to derive insights.

Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep documentation organized and up to date.

Have a strong desire to learn about mortgage lending, core banking technology, and product management best practices.

Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-
Are proficient in Google Suite - Sheets, Docs, Slides.
