We’re looking for our next Reporting Analyst. Could It Be You?
The core purpose of the Reporting Analyst role is to help leaders in the Customer Service department make better decisions by providing them with clear data insights. The person in this role uses Microsoft Power BI to create datasets, visuals, and reports, ensuring the data tells a useful story. They gather specific needs from stakeholders and translate data from platforms like Genesys and Salesforce into actionable plans and key insights.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead discussions with various stakeholders to address and answer specific business questions, capture requirements and provide consultative guidance on solution/delivery and strategic options
- Employ, demonstrate and advocate best practices in the areas of dataset creation, data visualization and data storytelling using Microsoft Power BI
- Create unified datasets to support business needs by connecting and transforming data from different sources to provide comprehensive analysis and strategic insights.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and a strong commitment to achieving deadlines
- Consult with business units to assist with the preparation of opportunity assessments and business cases that will help rationalize project ideas to the project prioritization for the selection committees.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in line with business objectives
So are YOU our next Reporting Analyst? You are if you…
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related fields
- 2+ years of strong PowerBI platform knowledge (DataSet Creation, Data Visualization, DAX), preferably in a contact centre environment.
- 2+ years related experience in Implementation of Value Adding Data Visualization Design and Best Practices.
- Demonstrated experience with business analytics, business intelligence (BI) tools, data retrieval techniques and analytics, including the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling, and actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of SQL query and Power query, involving large datasets and multiple data sources
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools to enhance analytical workflows, such as summarizing insights, generating queries, or quickly drafting data narratives.
- Comfortable using Python
