We’re looking for our next Senior Specialist, Product Marketing & Operations. Could It Be You?

The purpose of this role is to support the successful deployment and execution of end-to-end marketing strategies for the launch of various products within the Questbank entity. Questbank is preparing for the highly anticipated launch of its initial product suite, and we are looking for a high-performing, execution-focused Senior Specialist, Product Marketing and Operations to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in translating the core go-to-market strategy into concrete, high-impact marketing assets and operational workflows. You also will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to deepen engagement with existing customers by delivering value through our product suite. This is a crucial, hands-on role for an individual who thrives on building, deploying, and optimizing marketing programs from the ground up, ensuring a seamless and compelling customer journey from launch day onward.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution and optimization of high-impact product landing pages and dedicated web experiences. This includes managing the build, deployment, and A/B testing to ensure maximum conversion rates, seamless user experience, and strict adherence to enterprise-wide strategic roadmaps and brand governance.

  • Design, build, and deploy, end-to-end email marketing campaigns and nurturing curriculums. Take ownership of the full lifecycle, including ideating and building the customer lifecycle journeys across the suite of products, from refining database segmentation and behavioral targeting to rigorous A/B testing, analytical tagging, and final quality assurance (QA). Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards across all deployments.

  • Partner with the Creative Shops and develop comprehensive briefs to ensure all marketing assets are aligned with product messaging and brand guidelines.

  • Act as the operational engine for Go-to-Market launches, closely supporting the Senior Product Marketing Manager. Translate strategic insights, competitive intelligence, and high-level GTM plans into actionable execution blueprints covering tactical segmentation, optimal marketing channel selection, and operational campaign setup. Maintain strict consistency of all launch communications with the core product narrative and brand positioning.

  • Serve as cross-functional lead and workflow champion across key stakeholders (CX, Product, Engineering, Legal & Compliance). Proactively manage the asset development pipeline, secure critical approvals, and provide support to ensure the flawless and timely execution of all marketing initiatives.

  • A strong drive to move projects and marketing strategies forward; this includes rolling up your sleeves to lead execution, and deliver tangible assets (i.e. landing pages, email curriculums) quickly and accurately

  • Ability to manage multiple marketing workstreams simultaneously, ensure deadlines are met, and coordinate assets/inputs from various teams (e.g., Design, Engineering)

  • Proficiency in MarTech or having had direct experience with marketing automation platforms

  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics (conversion rates, open rates, CTRs) and an ability to use data to recommend or implement A/B tests and optimizations

  • Have 3+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, or a related field, preferably in FinTech or a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Have proven, hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing digital marketing assets (e.g., product landing pages using a CMS/website builder) and marketing automation workflows (e.g., email sequences)

  • Have exceptional written communication skills with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to write clear, benefit-driven marketing copy for web and email

  • Have the ability to be action-oriented and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

  • Have proven experience with email marketing platforms and understanding of email best practices.
