We’re looking for our next Head of Product. Could it be you?

As the Head of Product at Flexiti, you will be a strategic leader responsible for defining and executing Flexiti’s product strategy. You'll lead a critical transformation project, delivering key outcomes for new and existing products and services with a focus to drive value for our customers and merchant partners. Working closely with various teams and enterprise-wide Centers of Excellence (COEs), you will ensure our product roadmap aligns with business objectives.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Champion the customer by deeply understanding their needs to develop and deliver an integrated experience that exceeds expectations. You will continuously monitor the market landscape, conduct robust competitive analyses, and identify emerging trends to inform a forward-thinking product strategy and cultivate a culture of innovation within the product squads.

  • Stakeholder Leadership & Alignment: Serve as the central communication hub between partners, customers, product teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure business-wide alignment on product vision, strategy, and priorities. Translate product insights into compelling narratives that inform business strategy and secure buy-in across the organization.

  • Agile Execution & Delivery: Collaborate with leadership to define strategic initiatives aligned with overarching business objectives. Take full ownership of the product backlog, ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives to maximize value delivery. Provide final acceptance for developed Features and User Stories, ensuring quality and accountability.

  • Operational Excellence & Governance: Streamline and optimize product development processes, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all operational and new development activities. Ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks and policies, appropriately mitigating risk.

  • Team Empowerment & Performance: Work with Product Managers to define ambitious and measurable Squad outcomes (OKRs), ensuring each team understands how their work contributes to the broader company goals. Continuously monitor Squad performance, providing guidance, removing impediments, and coaching leaders to foster an environment of accountability and high performance.

  • AI Adoption & Innovation: Champion the adoption of an AI-first culture, fostering data-driven decision-making and leveraging AI to enhance customer personalization and optimize operations.

  • Cross-functional & COE Collaboration: Partner with business units, technology counterparts, and senior leadership to align product initiatives with business outcomes. Collaborate with enterprise Centers of Excellence (COEs) on product management standards, AI adoption, and data strategies to ensure alignment with broader organizational best practices.

  • 15+ years of experience in product management and strategy.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and leverage enterprise-wide COEs to drive strategic alignment.

Business and Product Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of agile product management practices that prioritize customer value, velocity, and scalability.

  • Extensive experience with modern digital product delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Has strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and business planning skills.

  • Expertise in budget planning and financial management for product portfolios.

  • Broad knowledge of current and emerging retail payment technologies, and their strategic application to business needs.

  • A proven track record of navigating ambiguity and moving forward in uncharted territory.

  • Analyzes multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
