We’re looking for our next New Accounts Associate (QC). Could It Be You?

In this Bilingual (English, French or Mandarin) role, you’ll provide exceptional client experiences through our Questrade Centre. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, deepening client relationships and delivering personalized financial solutions. Whether connecting with clients over the phone, through email or face to face you'll proactively identify opportunities to enhance their financial well being while ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handle sales and service inquiries across multiple channels: email, and in person

  • Convert inquiries into sales by understanding the customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics

  • Proactively manage a sales pipeline during slower periods, ensuring all leads are nurtured.

  • Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in Salesforce

  • Required: Fully Bilingual in English and French or Mandarin, both verbal and written

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in a contact centre or multi channel environment

  • A track record of exceeding sales targets while delivering customer focused solutions

  • Familiarity with salesforce and pipeline management

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize.

  • Strong problem solving skills and a proactive mindset to meet customer needs in real time.

  • Ability to adapt between email and in person Questrade Centre environments seamlessly.
