In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identification, incubation, and development of new opportunities that bring together business lines and / or are adjacent to business lines, to capture new customers and / or deepen penetration of customers

• Expansion of product suite, services and / or cross-business bundles that drive profitable growth of Questrade and its businesses

• Successful execution of cross-business initiatives and collaborations that enable Questrade to achieve its wider strategic goals

• Identification of creative and intelligent ways to package, combine or augment cross-business specific offerings to meet external market needs (e.g., new segment strategies, integrated propositions to customers.)

• Driving the operationalization and execution of identified enterprise-wide (multi-business) strategic initiatives through coordination and alignment efforts across QuestX and relevant teams across the organization

• Identifying and driving the execution of potential business opportunities and partnerships that align with Questrade’s strategic direction, to amplify the economics across the businesses

• Have experience with more than three of following areas, supported by wide exposure or willingness to learn across other areas:

  • Strategic thinking and problem solving
