We’re looking for our next Lead, Growth Performance Media. Could It Be You?
As the Lead, Growth Performance Media, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition through paid digital media channels such as search, app store, and social, with a focus on channel strategy, in-market execution, and ongoing optimization.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Channel & Platform Owner : Manage the full suite of performance media channels with a specific focus on SEM and App Store acquisition, delivering thoughtful planning, insight, and hands-on keyboard campaign activation.

Paid Social Expertise: Support integrated performance planning and activation with ability to evaluate and activate full-funnel paid social campaigns as required

Campaign Hygiene: Responsible for ensuring all campaigns go to market in a timely, optimized, QA’d, and reportable manner

Forward Thinking: Identifies new channels, partners, and audience segments to expand volume, efficiency, and ROAS

Creative Testing: Write compelling and effective search copy in accordance with best practices for performance, and deliver comprehensive creative testing plans

Media / Martech Proficiency: Leverage complementary tools such as CDPs, Site Analytics, and Attribution Services to inform optimization and measurement

Integrated Activation: Work closely with other stakeholder groups such as web and SEO to deliver thoughtful plans, optimizations, test opportunities, and cross-channel campaigns to drive incremental acquisition

Performance Reporting & Analysis: Compile data across media platforms and create weekly/quarterly reports, including in-depth analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development.

Documentation & Process Adherence: Ensure that all campaign documentation is organized as per established processes.

Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing across the marketing teams to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Have 4-6 years of hands-on experience leading the execution of Paid Search and App Store campaigns with a proven track record of performance against acquisition KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS)

Have strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, Apple Search Ads
-
Have experience writing high-performing search copy and extensions in accordance with the best practice for respective channels, platforms, and campaign types
-
Have experience planning, buying, optimizing and reporting on Paid Social media (i.e. Meta, Reddit, TikTok)
-
Have strong analytical abilities and experience with performance analysis platforms such as Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, Amplitude, etc
-
Are passionate about leveraging AI and automation to improve campaign performance, speed to market, and insight
-
Have an understanding of broader media planning and buying – to ensure integration / coordination with wider media objectives

Have robust relationship skills, including the ability to participate in meetings and complete deliverables in a timely manner
