We’re looking for our next Specialist, Engagement Strategy. Could It Be You?

As the Specialist, Engagement Strategy, you'll play a vital role in executing Flexiti's marketing initiatives. This is a highly hands-on position where you'll ensure our campaigns are executed flawlessly, contributing directly to our overall business objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Engagement Strategy, you will be responsible for executing marketing plans based on aligned and approved Flexiti marketing strategies, managing the merchant marketing funds, and analyzing marketing data. This position will work closely with the Flexiti Marketing Strategy team and other Flexiti team members to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

As a Specialist, Engagement Strategy, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the end-to-end execution of all marketing campaigns, including email building, selecting segmentation lists, testing, tagging, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Overseeing and deploying crucial operational communications to ensure timely and effective messaging.
  • Managing website content updates, which includes adding new merchants, maintaining our offer hub with the latest promotions, and fulfilling ad hoc content requests from various stakeholders.
  • Conducting post-campaign analysis and meticulously tracking results to inform future marketing efforts.
  • Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements related to our marketing activities.
  • Assisting the Manager, Customer Engagement Strategy with fulfilling merchant collateral orders, ensuring our partners have the resources they need.
  • Manage the Flexiti marketing budget and merchant marketing funds to ensure that campaigns are executed within budget.
  • Conducting competitive monitoring to keep the team informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Handling various ad-hoc requests as needed, such as invoice submissions to support the smooth operation of the marketing team.

  • Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or engagement focused roles, ideally within financial services.
  • Have proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc.) and understanding of email best practices.
  • Have a strong understanding of marketing campaign execution, from building and scheduling to deployment.
  • Have proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret campaign results to inform future strategies. Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards) is a plus.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Have solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Are a collaborative team player who can build strong relationships across departments.
  • Are adaptable and resourceful, comfortable navigating ad-hoc requests and a dynamic environment.
  • Are curious and eager to learn new marketing technologies and strategies.
