We’re looking for our next Manager, Growth Media Channels. Could It Be You?
As the Manager, Growth Media Channels, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition by leading Questrade’s media activation strategy, ensuring the continued growth and efficiency of all paid media channels through expert management, hands-on execution, and a relentless focus on optimization and technical innovation.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Campaign & Channel Management:
-
Oversee the end-to-end activation and optimization of media campaigns across all channels, including SEM, App Store, Programmatic, Paid Social, and Direct buys.

Ensure all campaigns go to market on time and are meticulously QA'd, optimized, and set up for accurate and insightful reporting.

Drive consistent and effective execution of tactics, including audience segmentation, conversion event hygiene, budget pacing, frequency capping, and tracking.

Manage relationships with key platform and direct media partners including testing roadmaps, joint business plans, and performance forecasts
Team Leadership & Development:

Manage, mentor, and coach a team of platform specialists, fostering a mindset geared towards data-driven performance optimization, media and marketing effectiveness principles, continuous testing, and use of automation and AI.

Provide hands-on coverage and support by trafficking and setting up campaigns on all channels as needed
Technical & Media Operations:

Lead the implementation of technical marketing projects, such as CAPI, conversion event and value implementation, and enhancing tracking and attribution in analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude).

Maintain accountability for the entire media activation ecosystem, inclusive of buying platforms, ad-server (Campaign Manager 360), and reporting tools
Reporting & Strategy:

Develop and deliver timely, insightful reports that clearly communicate performance and strategic opportunities.

Develop thoughtful and creative strategies which look at all media channels holistically to grow incremental customer acquisition growth

Collaborate closely with the Manager, Growth Media Planning to ensure strategies are aligned with broader business goals and insights.

Have 6-8 years of hands-on experience activating and managing campaigns across a wide range of media channels (Paid Search, App Store, Programmatic, Paid Social, Direct Digital) and across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, DV360, Amazon DSP & more)

Have demonstrated experience managing and mentoring direct reports or platform specialists.

Have proven experience planning strategic cross-channel media campaigns across the full funnel, including channel mix optimization
-
Have the technical ability to personally traffic, set up, and troubleshoot campaigns on all major advertising platforms.

Have a strong understanding of the modern Martech landscape, including attribution models, analytics platforms, and data management.

Have experience organizing and leading implementation for technical marketing projects.

Are proficient with complementary media performance and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Campaign Manager 360, and more

Have a deep-seated obsession with testing, learning, and optimizing for performance and efficiency.

Are familiar with offline media channels and their synergies with digital media

Have experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and other advanced measurement methodologies
