We’re looking for our next Manager, Portfolio Reporting & Insights. Could It Be You?

The Manager, Portfolio Reporting & Insights is a critical role that is responsible for all portfolio reporting & insights related to credit risk for Flexiti and future credit card portfolios. Many of the reporting and insights this role owns are critical for oversight, and are requested and reviewed by regulators and auditors.

The mandate for the role is to produce data driven insights, reporting and analytics. This includes the design and automation of various dashboards including executive-level dashboards using state of the art technologies and tools, and centralized credit risk-related analytics and business reporting for various retail/digital bank products. The individual will be expected to take ownership of critical data from a regulatory and governance perspective, and serve as a subject matter expert on data for the digital banking products.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain existing dashboards ensuring accuracy and quality of reporting

• Develop new dashboards proactively or as requested by various lines of business

• Develop and maintain credit risk-related dashboards

• Conduct drill down or ad hoc analyses to answer pertinent questions

• Act as the data owner for digital banking products or other products as identified

• Lead the productization of key Credit Risk outputs, and act as a product manager in the building and delivery of the relevant product vision and roadmaps

• Act as the SME for various data sources, e.g., BIG Query, mySQL, PBI

• Monitor Credit Risk metrics and escalate as necessary

• Prepare reporting packages for formal monthly or quarterly forums

• Conduct strategic analytics and reporting on request, such as developing or supporting the development of business cases by different business lines

• Prepare presentations for executive meetings

• Take ownership, sense of responsibility and pride in the work

• Build strong partnership and collaboration with QTG, Risk, Product, Marketing and others

• Strong team player that motivates others to achieve group success

• Use open communication and collaboration to solve problems and manage deliverables

• Work well in a dynamic and fast paced environment with the ability to navigate through all levels in the organization

So are YOU our next Manager, Portfolio Reporting & Insights? You are if you…

• Have 3+ years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services

• Have experience in designing dashboards using business analytics and dashboarding tools, such as Microsoft Power BI

• Have proficiency in SQL

• Have the ability to learn new tools and coding

• Have a strong understanding of credit risk management metrics

• Have a number sense and ability to drill down

• Have proficiency in Python

• Have experience with BIG Query

• Have experience in product management

• Have experience with credit card portfolios
