We’re looking for our next Accounting Clerk. Could It Be You?

The Accounting Clerk is a champion for provides essential support to QuestGlobal Armenia’s Finance department, focusing on managing financial accounts, reconciliations, and report preparation.

The Accounting Clerk handles daily bookkeeping and provides periodic support to QuestGlobal Armenia’s Finance and other departments regarding account transactions and administrative inquiries.

  • Review and process employee expense reimbursements

  • Assist with payment activities and processing of invoices

  • Assist with the electronic filing systems

  • Review, reconcile and ensure accuracy of employee vacation balances

  • Assist with inventory physical count and with management of office supply inventory levels

  • Assist with annual audits

  • Assist with monthly closing reports and reconciliations

  • Compile financial data and maintain spreadsheets

  • Provide full administrative support including photocopying, filing, scanning etc

  • Participate in various finance projects such as NetSuite GL Armenian translation and implementation

  • Other duties as assigned

So are YOU our next Accounting Clerk? You are if you…

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Accounting or other related field or student in last years

  • 0-6 months experience in accounting or bookkeeping would be beneficial

  • Computer literacy, especially MS Excel

  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Sound judgment, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in spoken and written English
