We’re looking for our next Client Operations Administrator. Could It Be You?
The Client Operations Administrator will process client requests and update client accounts in accordance with industry regulations and Questrade’s internal operations procedures, while continually being vigilant of the customer experience.

In this role, you will:
- Process client request work queues: Withdrawal funds, Transfer fund, Transfer positions and Exchange funds according to service level agreements, regulatory requirements and Questrade policies;
- Investigate client queries and respond accordingly while maintaining exceptional levels of client service;
- Monitor and review incoming documentation related to client operations tasks;
- Assures accurate and efficient administration of client cash and account management;
- Complete daily processing within departmental standards;
- Collaborate with other Questrade departments as required;
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors and institutional clients as required;
- Assist in creating and maintaining team policies and procedures;
- Other duties as assigned.
So are YOU our next Client Operations Administrator? You are if you have…
- 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred, ideally in the financial services industry;
- Experience working in operations is an asset;
- Analytical and/or reconciliation skills and experience is an asset;
- Knowledge of G-Suite is preferred, especially Google Sheets;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Positive attitude and strong client orientation;
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment;
- Curiosity to learn and understand why and how;
- Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player;
- College or University graduate or equivalent is preferred (preferably in administration and/or finance area);
- Completion of the CSC, CPH and related courses is an asset;
- Experience using Broadridge BPS is an asset and preferred.
