UI Design Mastery: Create pixel-perfect UI designs that are visually stunning and highly functional, ensuring an optimal experience for active traders.
Strong Ownership: Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to implementation. While excelling in UI design, you'll be responsible for integrating insights from other domains, including content, UX, research and product. You will apply your own knowledge and learnings in these areas while being supported by the team’s domain expertise to create a cohesive, intuitive user experience.
Pushing Boundaries: While adhering to established industry rules and design system guidelines, you’ll be encouraged to push boundaries, both externally and internally, applying innovative solutions across the active trading landscape and the design system.
User Research Mastery & Iterative Design: You must have a strong command of modern UX research methodologies and excel in conducting iterative research. Drive user research to uncover UI effectiveness, pain points, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve design solutions based on real user feedback and data.
Leveraging AI in Product Design: Proficiently utilize AI tools to enhance all stages of the design process with a focus on visual and UI. You’ll actively use AI to streamline workflows, generate design alternatives, and gather insights to refine your designs, ensuring that your solutions are both innovative and efficient.

UI Design Expert: You have exceptional skills in UI design, ensuring that your designs are both visually beautiful and highly functional for active traders.
Design System Expert: You fully understand how to build and evolve a design system, applying your expertise to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation within the system while adapting it to meet evolving product needs.
Curious Learner: You understand that great design goes beyond UI, and you’re eager to actively learn from content, UX, and research teams to improve your own design approach and deliver a seamless user experience.
Master of User Research: You have mastery in UX research and a proven ability to use iterative research to continuously validate, challenge, and refine your designs based on real user feedback and insights.
AI Tools Proficiency: You are highly skilled at leveraging AI tools to aid in various aspects of product design, from improving the design process to enhancing user insights, creating prototypes, and refining content strategies.

Additional Information…

5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior design role
Proven track record of launching innovative, high-impact digital products that drove measurable business results
Experience designing products that serve hundreds of thousands of users or handle significant transaction volume
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, strategic thinking, and quantifiable business impact (include metrics and outcomes)
