In this role, you will focus on both visual and logical design, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, including trading-platform product designers, to ensure designs are aligned with business and marketing goals. Innovative Web Design: Create bold, striking designs that push boundaries while ensuring a cohesive, user-centered experience across the entire site. From visual design to logic, you will craft intuitive and functional solutions that align with marketing goals, brand consistency, and user needs.
User Research Integration: Regularly conduct user research to validate design assumptions, test microcopy, and refine designs based on real user feedback to ensure the final product meets user expectations and needs.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with trading-platform product designers and a variety of other stakeholders to understand features fully and integrate insights from different domains, ensuring designs meet cross-functional requirements.
Leverage AI Tools & Stay on the Cutting Edge: Leverage UI-focused AI tools (e.g., automated prototyping, AI-driven user insights) to streamline workflows, generate design alternatives, and enhance the design process for faster iteration and optimization

Strong Communicator & Data-Driven: You excel in communication, articulating your design rationale clearly while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You are fundamentally driven by data and research, ensuring your designs are rooted in user insights and performance metrics.
Industry Leader: You’re constantly learning, experimenting, and staying ahead of the latest trends in web design, ensuring you’re always working at the cutting edge of the industry.
Experienced Designer: With extensive hands-on experience in web and UI design, you have a proven track record of delivering successful projects that combine creativity, user insight, and technical excellence.

Additional Information…

5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior design role
Proven track record of launching innovative, high-impact digital products that drove measurable business results
Experience designing products that serve hundreds of thousands of users or handle significant transaction volume
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, strategic thinking, and quantifiable business impact (include metrics and outcomes)

Additional kudos if you…

Experience with motion design tools like Cinema 4D or After Effects to enhance UI animations
A track record of having launched or contributed to high-traffic websites with measurable success
Familiarity with design systems and best practices for creating scalable, reusable components
Experience in the financial technology space or designing complex, data-heavy platforms
