AI-Assisted Content Design: Collaborate with AI engineers to train and fine-tune AI models that assist in content creation, empowering the design team with tools to generate content more efficiently. While AI will assist, you will remain responsible for shaping and designing the content for key areas, ensuring it aligns with the overall user experience and business goals.

UX Research-Focused: You’re experienced in conducting UX research on a regular basis to validate content strategies, microcopy, and user flows, using real user feedback to improve and refine your designs.

Experience conducting and leveraging user research (e.g., usability testing, interviews, content audits) to inform content design decisions and validate solutions

Demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, researchers, engineers, and marketers to deliver integrated user experiences

Experience designing products that serve hundreds of thousands of users or handle significant transaction volume

Portfolio showcasing a breadth of content design work for complex digital products and platforms, demonstrating impact on user experience and business goals
