Role overview:

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join Flashfood on a contract basis, with the possibility of becoming a full-time hire. This is a hands-on, highly detail-oriented role that supports the execution of marketing initiatives across the team. You’ll act as a project manager, executor, and collaborator—keeping launches on track, coordinating assets, and ensuring every detail is covered.

Your focus will be on go-to-market execution for new partner launches and pilots, ensuring retail and field marketing efforts are aligned and flawless. You’ll also coordinate local brand ambassador programs, support influencer and micro-creator outreach, and lend a hand in B2B event execution. This is a role for someone hungry to learn, scrappy, and excited to manage a high volume of moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market & Retail Marketing

  • Coordinate retail marketing assets and ensure accuracy and alignment for new partner launches and pilots.
  • Support retail and field marketing activations, ensuring execution excellence.
  • Track and manage marketing requests to ensure timely delivery across stakeholders.

Event & Field Execution

  • Coordinate local brand ambassador efforts and field marketing events.
  • Support influencer and micro-creator outreach and campaign execution.
  • Assist with B2B event execution and coordination, from logistics to on-site support.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage highly detailed projects, ensuring organization and clear communication.
  • Partner across the marketing team to provide support on campaigns, events, and ad hoc projects.
  • Maintain meticulous organization and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

About You

Must-Haves

  • 1–3 years of marketing or project coordination experience (internships included).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Self-starter who learns quickly, works independently, and adapts to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Hungry, scrappy, and excited to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with event coordination, influencer marketing, or retail/field marketing.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, especially event and sponsorship execution.
  • Passion for food, sustainability, or mission-driven companies.
