The ideal candidate will have experience across all major indirect sales motions, including MSSP’s, GSI’s, VAR’s, CSP’s, and Technology Alliances. You will be responsible for working closely with both internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Sales) and external partners to lead indirect selling motions that contribute meaningfully to Flare’s aggressive revenue growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an indirect revenue strategy in your territory that meets or exceeds assigned quotas.
  • Establish priorities among partners segments, and specific partners, in support of the overall indirect revenue strategy.
  • Own the revenue growth strategy with specific partners, ensuring that both Flare and the partner benefit from the partnership.
  • Team with Flare Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding with every new partner.
  • Team with Partner Marketing to create turnkey marketing programs with a focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption.
  • Team with Partner Marketing to establish pipeline objectives in support of company revenue targets, and execute pipeline generation efforts focused on partner segments.
  • Team with Partner Marketing to design repeatable campaign infrastructure, ensuring scalability and usability across different partner segments in your geography.
  • Travel 25% of the time to meet with priority partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in channel and/or alliances roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and executing selling motions with various types of partners, including MSSPs, GSIs, VARs, CSP’s and Tech Alliances.
