We enable cybersecurity teams to proactively detect high-risk external exposure across the dark and clear web, before threat actors have a chance to leverage it. We unify the core functionalities of cyber threat intelligence and external attack surface management into a single, intuitive platform.

Your purpose and impact:

Your mission is to build meaningful partnerships to achieve your expected targets. You will:

  • Develop the channel strategy and planning for acquisition and growth
  • Develop and guide team performance to goals while inspiring success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing on partnership campaigns
  • Drive relationships within partner organizations at all levels
  • Build strong business relationships with key customers and ensure a link between company objectives and customer objectives
  • Develop stepwise strategic partnerships with Identity Providers, Cloud Providers, EDR, Network Security Tools, Cloud Access Service Brokers
  • Drive revenue through acquisition and growth of qualified cybersecurity MSSPs, reseller partners, distributors to include Flare solutions
  • Develop the Flare Partnership Ecosystem and programs including expectations, incentives, Go-To-Market strategies and assets, sales and technical training, support requirements and community engagement.
  • Build, deliver and maintain quarterly pipeline forecasting and business plans with your teams partners
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and maintain networks to negotiate and close deals and scale the partner business
  • Evaluate the Flare platform and recommend enhancements necessary to scale the channel
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them

You’ll be a perfect fit if:

  • You have built and managed teams of channel representatives in both start up and large enterprise environments.
  • You have relevant experience and a proven track record developing mutually successful business partnerships in the cybersecurity space. This ain’t your first rodeo.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment. Building the plane as it’s flying.
  • You lead with curiosity and empathy in all of your interactions. You give a hoot about your clients and colleagues (a lot of hoots, actually).
  • You are driven to build and execute strategic territory planning, generate pipeline and create reliable forecasts.
  • You are not a lone star; you seek to collaborate with and learn from others as you align key internal and external stakeholders.
  • You thrive on feedback and are motivated to hone your craft. Radical candor is your jam.
  • You’re skilled at stakeholder engagement and know how to leverage your team to close complex deals.
  • You have an entripreneurial instinct; you’re keen to roll up your sleeves and make improvements.
