We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey.
We are looking for a tech-savvy French-speaking Product Consultant to assist with the selling of our embedded banking SaaS product. The Product Consultant's responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close sales where product expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Conducting client qualification calls and product demonstrations with sales representatives in both English and French
- Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations
- Supporting the sales team with all product feature related queries
- Supporting the production and maintenance of sales collateral such as training videos, interactive demos, and presentations.
- Setting and achieving sales goals and quotasr
- Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to
- target customers
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management
What you Need
- Background in customer service
- Experience in customer sales
- Good communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
- Good team working skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in verbal and written French
- Preferred: background in business administration, SaaS, banking, or related field

Compensation Package
FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $58,000-$63,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
