About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven, highly collaborative Product Marketing Manager focused on driving product success and customer adoption. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management, this role ensures our products gain meaningful traction in the market through targeted, multi-channel campaigns and effective client enablement.
In this role, you will engage directly with clients to deeply understand their needs, providing clear and actionable feedback to the Product team. You will also develop and execute strategies that empower clients—through education, onboarding materials, and enablement programs—to use our products effectively, ultimately influencing customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- User Adoption & Launch Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email and communication campaigns to drive user adoption of new products/features. You will open new channels for growth by integrating HubSpot workflows with in-product notifications and creating dedicated landing pages within our embedded solution.
- Launch Strategy & Enablement: Craft and coordinate comprehensive launch plans across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure successful and impactful product introductions. You will also collaborate with the solutions team to establish clear learning paths on our LMS for newly onboarded clients to ensure user education and product adoption.
- User Feedback Collection: Act as the voice of the users by obtaining valuable feedback through surveys, interviews, and user interactions,
- Product Shortcomings: Analyze user interactions (e.g., Productboard notes, Zendesk tickets) to identify critical product deficiencies and collaborate with the Product Team to provide actionable recommendations for enhancements.
- Bank Partner Collaboration: Identify key opportunities to leverage bank partnerships to co-create marketing campaigns, develop joint marketing materials, and drive user acquisition and engagement.
Qualifications
This role demands a highly technically proficient individual who is eager to overcome implementation hurdles and drive efficiency. We seek a candidate who views complex technical implementation as a challenge, not an obstacle.
- Marketing Automation Mastery (HubSpot): Strong literacy and hands-on experience with HubSpot is required.
- Custom Integration Experience: Comfort defining, managing, and troubleshooting data flows and custom actions, including experience with webhooks and custom integrations to establish connections in our marketing stack.
- Data Mechanism Ownership: Proven ability to define and implement mechanisms required to track performance metrics like Conversion Rates and optimize User Onboarding Completion Rates.
- Data-Driven Self-Sufficiency: Ability to directly query and analyze product usage and user telemetry data to translate user feedback into actionable recommendations and bring critical product deficiencies to the Product Team.

Compensation Package
FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $94,820-$111,410 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
