We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey.
About the Role:
FISPAN is seeking a data-driven Senior Demand Generation Specialist to drive our digital growth engine. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution—managing high-impact campaigns across paid media, SEO, and web channels while architecting the pathways that turn visitors into revenue.
You will not just generate leads; you will own the lead velocity strategy, ensuring qualified prospects move through the funnel faster. We are looking for a marketer with a strong "Agency" background who can juggle multiple stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and dive deep into HubSpot data to prove ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Own the end-to-end management of B2B campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and niche media placements (e.g., Podcast ads, Industry Newsletters).
- Manage external vendor/agency relationships and media partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Content Manager and Designer to produce high-converting ad creative.
- Website & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Own the technical setup and ongoing optimization of landing pages and self-serve funnels.
- Analyze user behavior (heatmaps, drop-off points) and implement A/B tests to increase Visitor-to-Lead conversion rates.
- HubSpot Nurturing & Automation:
- Partner with Marketing Operations to build sophisticated automated workflows in HubSpot.
- Implement behavioral lead scoring to identify "ready-to-buy" prospects and prioritize them for Sales.
- SEO & Organic Growth:
- Track and optimize organic search performance. Adjust keyword strategies and on-page technical SEO to improve rankings for high-intent terms.
- Pipeline Acceleration & Lead Velocity:
- Develop and execute strategies designed to shorten the sales cycle.
- Design and implement "Fast Track" pathways (e.g., self-serve flows, on-demand demos) allowing high-intent leads to bypass initial friction points.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor and report on critical performance metrics (Lead Velocity Rate, CAC,, Conversion Rates).
- Provide actionable insights to the marketing and leadership team, focusing specifically on efficiency and pipeline acceleration.
- Project Management & Collaboration:
- Establish clear processes to collaborate efficiently with the wider marketing team.
- Manage timelines, assign ownership, and provide clear visibility on project status to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of Digital Marketing experience, with a focus on B2B technology or SaaS.
- Agency Background: Previous experience working in a marketing agency is required (accustomed to fast-paced environments and managing multiple workstreams).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills & Expertise:
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Hub) and Google Analytics is a must.
- Paid Social & Search: Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting workflows.
- Media Buying: Specific experience purchasing and managing media is a must (in the Accounting/Fintech industry is a major plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets regarding lead velocity and funnel friction and turn them into strategy.
- Communication: Strong ability to report results clearly to stakeholders and manage expectations.
