The FISPAN Business Operations team is seeking a Project Coordinator. This role serves as the central point for driving efficient project execution and achieving internal alignment.

The Business Operations team owns and drives top initiatives across the organization to achieve quality and efficiency. For candidates passionate about AI, this role offers an immediate chance to contribute and gain crucial, hands-on experience in driving execution of the AI strategy and AI adoption.

You will coordinate timelines, ensure stakeholder buy-in, and focus on process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness. Success requires the ability to present solutions effectively to both executive audiences and bank partners during implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Execution: Manage project schedules, track detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and ensure solutions are delivered on time under the guidance of the Business Operations Lead.
  2. Strategic Communication: Serve as a primary project liaison, assisting in the design and executing clear communication strategies for all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  3. Process & Automation: Analyze processes, identify efficiency gaps, and design/implement scalable, user-centric automation solutions.
  4. Change Management: Coordinate smooth adoption and transition for new processes and solutions across teams.
  5. Executive Asset Design: Design and define the content, narrative, and visual structure for high-stakes assets (e.g., slide decks, reports) presented to C-level executives, business clients, and bank partners.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years experience in business operations or project coordination/ management, with a focus on complex, cross-functional projects.

Core Skills:

  • Expert communication skills and ability to present
    to technical and executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in project coordination methodologies (Agile/Scrum basics) and tools (JIRA, Monday, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple interdependent projects.
  • Proficiency in presentation and design tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Suite or similar).
  • Strong analytical, process modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation solutions.

Additional skills that will be an asset:

  • Knowledge of JavaScript, API, or other programming concepts.
  • Experience with N8N or Make.com (or similar no-code automation tools).
  • Experience with AI strategy or adoption.
  • Fintech industry experience.
  • Startup and entrepreneurial environment experience.

Compensation Package

FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
