FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in downtown Vancouver, FISPAN is on a mission to create the best product in the FinTech industry and fundamentally change the way that companies bank. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our internal sales team and bank partnerships via key enablement initiatives. Your expertise in design will be crucial in developing visually appealing sales decks, enablement tools and materials that are both engaging and effective. Collaborating with team members and experts across the organization, you will also have opportunities to leverage the latest AI technologies to drive scalability and efficiency. We seek an individual with a passion for continuous learning, strong design skills, and the ability to maximize their impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Visually Appealing Professional Slide Decks: Create and edit visually engaging, high-quality slide decks that support presentations and enhance enablement materials.
  
• Create Enablement Materials + Tools: Develop sales materials and enablement tools for internal sales teams and external banking partners.
  
• Collaborate on Curriculum Development: Work with the training team and organizational experts to develop effective training curriculums for both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Innovate with AI Technologies: Collaborate with the FISPAN AI Committee to develop new AI use cases and explore strategies for scalability and efficiency.
  
• Develop Automations: Work with the Business Transformation team to create automations and improve processes across the organization.
  
• Video Editing: Help create and edit videos for enablement and marketing purposes.

Required Skills + Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in training development, project management, or sales enablement.
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  
• Strong Design Proficiency: Proficient in design software and tools for creating slide decks and enablement materials.
  
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  
• Project Management: Ability to manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Motivation and Proactivity: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders to complete projects with speed and accuracy.
  
• Adaptability and Learning: Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
  
• Industry Interest: Preference given to candidates with interest or experience in Financial
• Technology, Banking, ERPs, or B2B Businesses.
  
• Bonus Skills: Experience with video editing, AI technology, or automation is a plus.

Compensation Package

FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
