As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead change management projects, map out current and future processes, and build automations that transform how we work. Your efforts will not only make a significant impact within the company but also contribute to a positive experience for our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals. Prepare, support, and guide teams through changes, minimizing disruptions and maximizing adoption. Develop user-centric strategies to ease transitions and enhance user experiences during change processes.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between various departments, facilitating clear and effective communication. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project goals and updates. Tailor communication strategies to different user groups to improve engagement and satisfaction.

Process Mapping and User Experience Design: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and create detailed process maps. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Design and implement user-centric solutions that streamline processes and enhance the overall user experience. Collaborate with teams to define and refine workflows, ensuring they meet both functional and user experience requirements.

User Centric Solutions: Use your skills in automation and design and create solutions that effectively meet business needs. Your role will involve developing and refining custom solutions with a focus on combining scalability, sustainability, and excellent user experience. Aim to build solutions that are not only efficient but also easy and enjoyable for users to interact with.

What We’re Looking For:

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, User Experience Design, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business solutions analysis or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project management, process improvement, and user experience design.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proactive and positive approach to tackling challenges.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, with a strong emphasis on communication, project management, and user experience design.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, API and other programming concepts is an asset.
  • Financial technology, banking, or entrepreneurial experience is an added bonus

    Compensation and Benefits Package

    FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $72,000 - $81,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
