Product Manager – SaaS Payments Infrastructure

Location: Downtown Montreal office (flexible hybrid: 2–3 days a week in-office preferred)

Type: Full-time

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of new payments products for SaaS platforms. You’ll work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to take products from concept to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering to design, build, and enhance payment products for SaaS platforms.
  • Manage, plan and coordinate the development of new products, enhancements of existing products and technical solutions based on short-term and long-term needs.
  • Partner with teammates to gather requirements and validate product concepts.
  • Determines reasonable roadmaps and deadlines for new products and product enhancements, considering priority, customer needs, financial limitations, staffing requirements and availability of resources.
  • Write product specifications, user stories, and documentation for engineering teams.
  • Oversee and support the product build process, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Manage and strengthen supplier relationships.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in a product management role, ideally with a SaaS commerce platform.
  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven hands-on experience building B2B software products from the ground up and ensuring follow-up through the entire life cycle.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, self-starter with resilience and adaptability.
  • Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and wearing multiple hats.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with payments, particularly credit card payments.
  • Strong technical fluency (e.g., APIs).
