About the role:

As a Product Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are effectively adopted, utilized, and understood by both our internal stakeholders and customers. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, product marketing, and exceptional communication and training skills.

What you'll do:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio, keeping current with updates, and enhancing product knowledge.
• Collaborate with various teams to create training programs, empower sales, customer support, and marketing with effective resources, and design customer training initiatives, including webinars and documentation.
• Oversee onboarding programs for new users/clients and create ramp-up plans for product launches.
• Maintain and update product documentation, establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement, define KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market execution. are integral aspects of their responsibilities.
