We are seeking a Campaign Specialist to drive the strategy, design, and execution of B2B Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, content, and execution, developing plans, overseeing channel mix, nurturing industry relations, and creating compelling content with a strong focus on copy.

What You'll Do:

  • Integrated B2B campaign strategy & planning: Own end-to-end campaign strategies, calendars, and briefs tied to commercial goals
  • Go-to-market alignment with BD & Product: Partner with BD and Product to align campaigns to segments, solutions, and account priorities
  • Content & copy Development: Lead campaign messaging and copy for email, web/landing pages, social, briefs, and external publications
  • Create & Channel execution: Work with Designers and external partners to bring campaigns to life across digital, social, events, and partner channels
  • Media planning, activation, & optimization: Manage paid channels and ABM/advertising platforms to target, activate, and optimize campaigns
  • Performance tracking & insights: Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement based on campaign performance data

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years' progressive B2B marketing experience, and familiarity with Account-Based Marketing principles
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurables results
  • Experience using ABM and advertising platforms (E.g., LinkedIn Ads, intent- or account-targeting tools) to activate, measure, and optimize campaigns at the account level
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to write copy, build briefs, and manage day-to-day execution
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to navigate input from BD, product, Executives, and external partners while keeping campaigns on track
