We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Director of Sales & Business Development to drive the growth of our soil testing services across agribusiness and other key industry segments. In this role you will be responsible for executing a strategic sales growth plan, identifying new business development opportunities and expanding our market presence. You will work alongside other teams to develop innovative promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility, product offerings and customer engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with teams across the business to coordinate market development and channel strategies to meet overarching company growth objectives
  • Sales & Business Development: Build and pursue a pipeline of potential b2b customers across agriculture, construction and other key industries that utilize soil testing technologies in their business
  • Sales Leadership: Guide and motivate a sales team by setting and monitoring goals, communicating strategy and managing performance
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain oversight of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor key sales metrics and market activity and provide regular updates to senior leadership

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 2 years spent selling B2B
  • Track Record of Success: A proven ability to quickly scale and grow market share across several industries
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of B2B sales, strategic partnerships and account management best practices
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in leveraging sales and CRM platforms to drive insights and performance
  • Innovation & Strategic Vision: Ability to balance creative tactics and strategic execution to achieve immediate and long-term results
