At Falkbuilt we’re busy revolutionizing the interior construction industry and we need a Director of First Impressions on our Concierge Team. Guests, Clients and Falkers deserve special treatment when at Falkbuilt. Working at our Calgary head office, you will join a hardworking, customer-focused and ridiculously passionate team of Falkers. Characteristics of the ideal candidate

A few characteristics that we are looking for:

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to think on your feet

· Confidence to deal with multiple requests (and personalities) at once

· Able to work independently and as part of a team; jump in and " can do" type of attitude

· Strong organizational skills; high attention to detail

· Ambition to learn and take on new duties

Requirements / Tasks of the Concierge Team

**Working in the Travel and / or Hospitality industries is a major asset**

· Exude a welcoming presence as the first contact for visitors of Falkbuilt

· Experience in taking care of people and their needs

· Comfortable interacting with clients and guests from all over the world

· Flexible with hours of work - willingness to work extended hours on occasion

· Alberta driver's license with clean abstract; confidence to drive guests on occasion

· Minimum three years' experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment

· Managing multiple calendars and schedules

· Strong understanding and acceptance of people's quirks and requests

· Assisting in coordinating company functions and events

· Helping applicant's with completion of paperwork

· Fluency in additional languages other than English is considered an asset, but not mandatory

· Ability to travel outside of Canada, if necessary

· Solid, proven experience with Microsoft Suite of products

Falkbuilt is an open office, collaborative environment - Falkers often bring dogs to the office. Falkbuilt is a manufacturing facility, so you will spend time in the office and any one of our 5 buildings.
