Picture your favorite boutique in town — we help them discover the best products from around the world to sell in their stores. With the right tools and insights, we believe that we can level the playing field so that small businesses everywhere can compete with these big box and e-commerce giants.

By supporting the growth of independent businesses, Faire is driving positive economic impact in local communities, globally. We’re looking for smart, resourceful and passionate people to join us as we power the shop local movement. If you believe in community, come join ours.

  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Risk or Fraud; prior experience with account security / ATOs or new product risk mitigations is a plus
  • Strong data analysis skills including proficiency in SQL
  • Critical thinking and strategic problem solving - you’re able to break down an ambiguous problem and identify solutions
  • Experience with project management and driving projects independently from conception to implementation, balancing inputs from various stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and other Operations teams to execute on high-impact initiatives
