About Fable

Global enterprises work with Fable to make products more accessible for over one billion people who live with disabilities. Our customers include global leaders like Walmart, Slack, and Shopify. Fable was featured on the Forbes Accessibility 100 list in 2025, awarded Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Design, and has received accolades from global entities like the World Summit Awards and the UN-endorsed Zero Project.

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at Fable, you will lead a key product area within one of our cross-functional pods, helping shape accessible and inclusive digital experiences, grounded in real user insight from people with disabilities.

At Fable, we believe accessibility is not just about compliance—it’s about building products that work in the real world for people with diverse abilities. Our approach combines research-led practices with direct input from our community of people with disabilities, enabling organizations to create more inclusive digital experiences with confidence. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in translating these insights into products that are both accessible and genuinely usable.

As AI continues to shape how digital products are built and experienced, you will explore opportunities to thoughtfully incorporate AI into Fable’s platform—enhancing accessibility, improving user workflows, and ensuring solutions remain inclusive, transparent, and grounded in real user needs.

You will work within a pod structure alongside Engineering, Design, and other partners, while collaborating across adjacent product areas—including platform and user-facing experiences—to deliver cohesive, end-to-end value for our customers across both enterprise and community offerings.

Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will own strategy and execution within your product area, ensuring alignment with broader product direction while driving meaningful outcomes for users and the business.

You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, connecting long-term direction to near-term delivery, and making thoughtful trade-offs. You bring strong product judgment, a deep sense of user empathy, and a collaborative approach that helps teams do their best work and grow together.

For this role, we are open to applicants located in Canada, working within North American time zones (Eastern Time preferred). If you believe you match most of this description, we encourage you to apply.

You amplify voices that are less often heard and create space for those voices to grow. The quality of an idea doesn't correlate with the loudness of someone's voice.

Unlearn to learn
What did we learn growing up, and what do we need to unlearn? It's essential to understanding our personal bias and position so that we can grow.

What’s in it for you?
At Fable, you’ll join a collaborative and mission-driven environment where you’ll work with people who care deeply about building a more inclusive digital world.
