The best digital teams work with Fable to make products more accessible for over 1 billion people who live with disabilities. Some of our amazing clients include Walmart, Slack, Shopify, and more. Fable ranked #3 on the 2022 LinkedIn Top Startups Canada list and Fast Company’s 2023 Most Innovative Companies in Design list.

About The Role

As a Self-Guided Facilitator at Fable, your role is central to ensuring the seamless execution of self-guided tasks on our platform and supporting across the daily and long-term operations of our community team and community of testers.

When facilitating self-guideds, you will be tasked with scheduling, facilitating, monitoring, and trimming video sessions with Fable’s community of assistive technology users. Unmoderated sessions (known as self-guided tasks) are a crucial type of research request within Fable where testers independently evaluate essential functions within digital products via video recording. You will attend, view, and record unmoderated video sessions while also ensuring that testers are set up for success.

When not in self-guided sessions, your role will entail proactive support for the community team's operational aspects, which includes supporting on daily admin functions, monitoring platform requests, aiding with tester setup, supporting our recruitment efforts, and stepping in wherever needed.

For this role, we are open to applicants who are located in Canada. If you believe that you match the majority of this job description, we highly encourage you to apply!
