Discovery Education is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Education Partnerships team, reporting to our Director of Partner Marketing. In this role, you will develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies for a diverse array of corporate partners, driving educator engagement and thought leadership to enhance program awareness and usage of educational partner programs in schools.

You will work autonomously on a portfolio of partnerships that you lead and manage, but with the guidance and support of a partner marketing and account implementation team.

In This Role You Will:

  • Marketing Strategy: Manage an existing portfolio of Fortune 500 and additional corporate brands and non-profit partners to develop strategic plans for individual partnerships, collaboratively identifying and solving challenges, aligning on operational standards, and providing guidance on best practices for both engagement and acquisition
  • Partnership Support: Work closely with Partner Impact account team leaders to represent marketing efforts and communicate strategic initiatives with key partners, supporting new program launches, renewals, and other milestones
  • Program Engagement Strategy: Collaborate with engagement managers, marketing services teams, and account services leaders to support program success through comprehensive activation plans that maximize educator engagement. This includes leveraging external partnerships, elevating content through direct-to-teacher channels, aligning with learning communities, implementing special events, and developing targeted activation across digital networks

  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven analytics to inform decisions and strategy, drive execution, and optimize efforts

Credentials and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing program management, messaging development, and full-funnel channel strategy
  • Proven experience in project management, handling multiple deadline-oriented, cross-functional projects
  • Integrated marketing experience spanning events, social media, communications, thought leadership, and digital media
  • Experience managing day-to-day relationships with external partners at all levels
  • Strong work ethic driven by a sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to inspire others
  • Experience in educator and K12 district-level marketing a strong plus
  • Legal right to work in the United States
