Key Responsibilities
- Launch campaigns end-to-end. Plan, build, and ship demand-gen programs yourself—copy, creative, landing pages, tracking—then iterate fast on what works.
- Run structured experiments. Design A/B tests across SEO, paid, email, social, and in-app touchpoints; quickly validate or kill ideas.
- Own our SEO playbook. Perform keyword research, create or commission content, and partner with devs for technical fixes to grow qualified organic traffic.
- Grow our social presence. Post, engage, and experiment on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and emerging channels to spark conversations and drive trials.
- Activate PLG motions. Work with Product to improve onboarding, surface product-qualified leads (PQLs), and close the loop with lifecycle emails.
- Hit the numbers. Forecast, track, and be accountable for monthly free trials, trial-to-paid conversion rate, and net-new customers.
- Pull in help when needed. Coordinate designers, writers, or freelancers—but default to rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself.
- Report & rinse. Build lightweight dashboards, share learnings, and propose the next round of tests.
Requirements
- 2+ years running demand-gen or growth campaigns for a B2B SaaS (startup or small team a plus)
- Proven track record of shipping experiments and improving funnel KPIs
- Hands-on SEO practitioner (keyword research, on-page, GA4/Looker Studio)
- Social-media native who can create and schedule content
- Practical operator—comfortable writing copy one hour and pulling SQL or spreadsheet data the next
- Energetic self-starter who owns deadlines and results
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing compliance, HR, or document-management software
- Familiarity with attribution tools
- Basic HTML/CSS or no-code landing-page skills
- Community-building or partner-marketing experience
