Specialist Software Engineer として、グローバルシェア25％を持つAUTOSAR（RTA）について、日本の組織で責任と裁量をもって、ソフトウェアプラットフォーム開発を進めていただけます。ドイツ/UKのエンジニアメンバーとのコミュニケーションが日々求められており、またインド/ベトナムとのオフショア開発もあり、英語を使う頻度が高いポジションです。
その他にも、ソフトウェア開発の自動化（CI/CD）、車載OS（自動運転向けミドルウェア）、サイバーセキュリティ、仮想ECUシミュレーターなど、統合カスタマーソリューション分野において、ソフトウェアデファインドビークル（SDV）実現に向けた包括的なソリューションを提供しておりますので、こちらにも関わっていただく機会があります。
主にAUTOSARの組み込みソフトを対象とした技術支援（日本市場）
1. 技術支援に関する業務
• 顧客からの要求事項を明確化させ、ソフトウエアを設計、テストを行う
• 機能安全に関する基本的な知識を有し、お客様の要求事項を明確化する
• 案件の要求仕様分析を行い、プロジェクト計画を策定、工程管理を行う
• お客様からの不具合報告に対し、迅速に1stレベルサポートを行うと共に、2nd/3rdレベルサポートをリードし、お客様に遅滞なく状況を報告する。
2. 製品開発支援に関する業務
• 顧客からの要求内容の把握と開発部隊への展開、サンプルプロジェクトによるデモなど行い、顧客での評価をサポートする
3. プリセールスに関する業務
• テクニカルワークショップの開催、デモンストレーションの開発と実施、顧客からの技術的な質問への対応などにより、ETAS製品を遡及する。

Technical support for embedded software (Mainly AUTOSAR) (Japan Market)
1. Technical Support
• Design, write and test software from imprecise specifications
• Basic knowledge of functional safety and ability to discuss safety requirements with customers
• Analyze the required specifications of the project, formulate a project plan, and manage the process
• Lead first level support to troubleshoot issues reported by customers
Initiate and track 2nd or 3rd level support while keeping customers updated
2. Product development support
• Supporting product development teams in the understanding of customer requirements, preparing sample projects and facilitating customer communication
3.Pre-sales support
• Support product managers and the sales team to provide clarification and support on technical queries on products including the development of demonstrators, leading workshop at customers

| 応募資格／Qualifications |
［必須要件］
・AUTOSARを用いたECUソフトウェア開発・実装経験
（非保持の場合は教育に必要な期間を考慮し、35歳くらいまでの方）
・顧客、社内関連部門と適切な意思疎通が図れるコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーションスキル
・C/C++言語を用いたソフトウェアモジュールの開発経験
・ソフトウェア開発プロセスに関する理解（例：A-SPICE）
・積極的で前向きなマインドセットをお持ちの方
・同僚/後輩へ指導や教育をした経験のある方
・ドイツ本社と意思疎通が図れる英語力（目安:TOEIC 700点以上）

・ エンジニアリングの学位（コンピューターサイエンス、電子、情報関係）
・自身で業務を推進できる能力があり、多文化環境下でもその能力を発揮できる方

[Mandatory]
・AUTOSAR knowledge and configuration experience
(if not applicable, age below 35 years is required till being knowledgable）
・Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
・Business presentation/communication skill in both of English and Japanese
・ Expert knowledge of computer languages (C/C++)
・Good understanding of SW development processes (A-SPICE model or similar)
・Possess a positive attitude
・have experience in teaching and educating colleagues/juniors

・ Good degree (or PhD) in an engineering discipline (e.g. computer science, control engineering/theory, electronics)
