| 職務内容／Job duties | イータスの計測適合診断ツールファミリーの顧客への提案/コンサルティングを含んだ技術サポートを担当して頂きます。
半年程度社内でトレーニングを受けたのち、3年間は特定の客先常駐となります。その後本社もしくは支社に復帰して頂き、様々なお客様に対して幅広く活躍して頂きます。

1) 顧客が抱える課題を理解し解決策を提示する
2) 顧客への製品説明、デモ、質疑応答を実施する
3) 見込み/既存顧客に対する技術サポートを提供する
4) 国内外の関係者と連携し、セールスチャンネルの開発や今後の商品企画への反映を行う

You will be responsible for providing technical support, including proposals and consulting services, to customers using the ETAS measurement, calibration, and diagnostics tool family.
After approximately six months of in-house training, you will be assigned to work on-site at a specific client location for a period of three years. Following this assignment, you will return to our headquarters or a branch office, where you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across various projects.
1) Understand customer challenges and propose effective solutions.
2) Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions for clients.
3) Provide technical support to prospective and existing customers.
4) Collaborate with domestic and international stakeholders to develop sales channels and contribute to future product planning.

・ メカトロ・電気・電子系等の知識／実務経験

・ 英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗が無い方

・ 組み込みや電子回路に関する知識／実務経験
・ Windows PCに関わる設定やトラブル対応の経験や知識
・ Pythonなどのスクリプト言語の実装経験
・ 自動車業界でECUを使用した実務経験
・ ASAMなどの自動車開発に関わる規格の知識/実務経験
・ 英語中級以上 (TOEIC 600点以上)
［Mandatory］
・ Knowledge and/or practical experience in mechatronics, electrical, or electronic engineering
・ Strong technical communication skills with customers
・ Logical troubleshooting skills
・ Self-motivated and proactive attitude
・ Native-level Japanese or Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 level
・ Comfortable communicating in English
［Preferred］
・ Knowledge and/or practical experience in embedded systems or electronic circuit design
・ Experience and knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Windows PCs
・ Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python
・ Practical experience working with ECUs in the automotive industry
・ Knowledge and/or practical experience about ASAM standard and other standards
