ご入社後、まずは弊社オフィスにて、INCA 製品に関わる業務に携わっていただきます。
主な内容は以下の通りです：
INCA 製品に関する知識の習得
プリセールス／ポストセールス対応
技術サポート
エンジニアリング業務
一定期間の社内業務を経た後、約3年間、特定のお客様先に常駐いただく予定です。常駐期間終了後は、本社または支社へ戻り、より幅広いお客様に対して、計測・適合・診断ツールのスペシャリストとしてご活躍いただくことを期待しております。
主な業務内容
1) 顧客が抱える課題を理解し解決策を提示する
2) 顧客への製品説明、デモ、質疑応答を実施する
3) 見込み/既存顧客に対する技術サポートを提供する
4) 国内外の関係者と連携し、セールスチャンネルの開発や今後の商品企画への反映を行う
将来的な勤務地 : 名古屋エリア (豊田市 [愛知県] ) 顧客先常駐
・レジデントエンジニアとして顧客先常駐にて勤務する期間については、勤務形態（休日・勤務時間・リモートワークの可否等）は顧客常駐先の規則に準じます

You will be responsible for providing technical support, including proposals and consulting services, to customers using the ETAS measurement, calibration, and diagnostics tool family.
After joining the company, you will begin by working at our office on tasks related to INCA products, including gaining product knowledge, pre-/post-sales activities, support, and engineering.
Subsequently, we anticipate that you will be assigned to work on-site at a specific customer location for approximately three years.
After the on-site assignment concludes, you will return to either our headquarters or branch office, where we expect you to play an active role in supporting a wide range of customers.
1) Understand customer challenges and propose effective solutions.
2) Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions for clients.
3) Provide technical support to prospective and existing customers.
4) Collaborate with domestic and international stakeholders to develop sales channels and contribute to future product planning.
Future Work Location: Nagoya area (Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture) ? On-site at the customer location
During the period in which you work as a resident engineer at the customer site, your working conditions (such as holidays, working hours, and remote work availability) will be in accordance with the customer’s on-site regulations.

・ 組み込みや電子回路に関する知識／実務経験
・ Windows PCに関わる設定やトラブル対応の経験や知識
・ Pythonなどのスクリプト言語の実装経験
・ 自動車業界でECUを使用した実務経験
・ ASAMなどの自動車開発に関わる規格の知識/実務経験
・ 英語中級以上 (TOEIC 600点以上)
［Mandatory］
・ Knowledge and/or practical experience in mechatronics, electrical, or electronic engineering
・ Strong technical communication skills with customers
・ Logical troubleshooting skills
・ Self-motivated and proactive attitude
・ Native-level Japanese or Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 level
［Preferred］
・ Knowledge and/or practical experience in embedded systems or electronic circuit design
・ Experience and knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Windows PCs
・ Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python
・ Practical experience working with ECUs in the automotive industry
・ Knowledge and/or practical experience about ASAM standard and other standards
