| 職務内容／Job duties | Regional Solution Field Manager for Cybersecurity business - Japan
The Regional Solution Field Manager works in close cooperation with the regional sales and support organization. Together they are responsible for the regional TNS of the Solution Field (SF). He/she has the business responsibility for all product and services classes of the SF in the region including budget and margin responsibility. He/she works closely with the Solution Field Head, the Product Field Managers & Service Managers and is responsible to define and implement the Solution Field strategy in the region. He/she is responsible for identifying regional customer needs, prioritizing regional requirements, and representing the customer towards the global organization. The Regional Solution Field Manager has the target authority for the Solution Field service team in the region.
• Owns, aligns and achieves revenue targets from business perspective
• Acts as empowered regional proxy for the Solution Field head
• Bridges regional sales to global Product Field P&L
• Is P&L responsible for regional PSS (consulting and service business) segment
• Leads a group of ~14 associates (Security consultants, testing, field application engineers)

RSFMには、地域（日本）のソリューションフィールドサービスチーム（FAE、エンジニア、およびカスタマープロジェクトマネージャー）のターゲット権限があります。
・ビジネスの観点から収益目標を管理、調整、達成する。
・ソリューション分野責任者の地域（日本）代表としての役割
・地域（日本）営業とグローバル製品分野の P&L を橋渡しする。
・地域（日本）PSS（コンサルティングおよびサービスビジネス）セグメントのP&L責任者
・約 14 名の部下 (セキュリティ コンサルタント、テスト、フィールド アプリケーション エンジニア) のグループを率いる。 | | 応募資格／Qualifications | • Strong entrepreneurship (seeks for business opportunities and develops the business)

• Experience in the field of Embedded SW development in Automotive Domain
• Leadership / People management experience
• Business presentation/communication skill in English
• Native level in Japanese（JLPT;1）
• Know-how in Cybersecurity are a plus
