Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Drive comprehensive product knowledge by understanding the problems it solves and the benefits it offers to customers and end-users.
  • Apply data and insights to inform product decisions, defining the necessary analysis to ensure flawless decision-making.
  • Product Ownership: Serve as the product owner for key applications, ensuring their success from inception to maturity.
  • Innovation: Pioneer the exploration of new use cases, demonstrating our exceptional scientific and engineering capabilities to identify market opportunities, iterate promptly towards MVP, and conduct in-market testing.
  • Vision and Strategy: Play an active role in crafting the vision and strategy for our products, aligned with company objectives.
  • User Interaction: Engage effectively with users to understand their needs, developing new opportunity hypotheses that drive product innovation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate daily with our engineering, science, design, and go-to-market teams, ensuring alignment around our ambitious product vision and strategy.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed on market trends, particularly those related to accessibility in the enterprise sector.
  • Product Delivery: Coordinate the product delivery process from alpha/beta MVP stages to general release, ensuring a seamless transition.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a preference for experience with platforms or SaaS products.
  • Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Deep understanding of product management methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and launching software products.
  • Outstanding project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Software Development/QA: Background in software development or QA automation engineering.
  • Experience with building products for developers.
  • Accessibility Regulations: Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA).
  • WCAG Requirements: Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
  • Diverse Personas: Experience using diverse personas to influence product design.
  • Inclusive Design: Experience crafting inclusive experiences.
  • Conformance Testing: Experience with accessibility conformance testing.
